Yes, small-format DTF printers are available, but DTF printing requires regular maintenance, correct ink circulation, curing and careful print management. For occasional printing, ordering ready-to-press transfers can often be simpler than maintaining a DTF printer.

DTF transfers can reproduce detailed artwork, fine elements, gradients and complex designs. For the best result, upload high-resolution, print-ready artwork with a transparent background.

No. We do not charge according to the number of colours in your artwork. Full-colour artwork and gradients can be included without additional colour charges.

DTF transfers can be applied to many fabrics including cotton, polyester, cotton/poly blends, denim and more. Pressing time, temperature and pressure may need slight adjustment depending on the garment material and coating.

We currently offer a range of DTF transfer sizes including:

• A5: 148 × 210 mm
• A4: 210 × 297 mm
• A3: 297 × 420 mm
• Sample A4: 210 × 297 mm
• 1 Metre Gang Sheet: 100 × 58 cm

There is no minimum order quantity for our standard DTF transfer sheets. You can order a single sheet, while larger quantities may benefit from available bulk pricing.

The carrier film is PET. Whether it can be recycled depends on the facilities and rules available through your local recycling service.

Yes. A gang sheet contains multiple designs on one larger DTF sheet. You can upload a ready-made gang sheet or create one using our online gang sheet builder.

Choose the relevant gang sheet product, upload your artwork, arrange your designs on the sheet and complete your order through our website.

A high-resolution PNG with a transparent background is recommended. Your file should be supplied at the size you want it printed, ideally at 300 DPI.

Please ensure the background is completely transparent. Any visible background may be printed as supplied.

Please do not mirror your artwork.

We recommend supplying your artwork as an RGB, print-ready file.

Artwork proofs are not included as part of our standard ordering process. Transfers are produced using the artwork uploaded with your order, so please check spelling, size, layout and quality carefully before submitting your order.

Artwork checking or amendments may require additional time and may be chargeable depending on the work required.

• Pre-press the garment at 150°C for 3–5 seconds to remove moisture and wrinkles.
• Position the transfer on the garment with the printed side facing the fabric.
• Press at 150°C for 10–14 seconds using firm, even pressure.
• Allow the transfer to rest briefly, then peel the film smoothly.
• Cover the print with a suitable finishing sheet and re-press for 5 seconds.

Important: Heat presses can vary in actual temperature and pressure. Test one transfer before beginning a larger production run.

Our recommended starting point is 150°C for 10–14 seconds using firm, even pressure.

Fabric composition, coatings and individual heat presses can affect results, so test first when working with a new garment.

We recommend a heat press that can provide consistent temperature and firm, even pressure across the entire transfer area.

A household iron is not recommended for applying DTF transfers.

Yes. Our DTF transfers are designed for hot/warm peeling. After the main press, allow the transfer to rest briefly, then peel the carrier film smoothly.

For the final finish, cover the print and re-press for 5 seconds.

After pressing, we recommend waiting at least 24 hours before washing.

• Wash inside out.
• Wash at 40°C or cooler.
• Do not bleach.
• Avoid tumble drying where possible.
• Do not iron directly over the print.

The easiest way to order DTF transfers is directly through our website. Choose your transfer, upload or arrange your artwork and complete checkout securely.

Qualifying orders placed before 2 PM, Monday to Friday are eligible for same-day dispatch.

If you require your order quickly, choose an appropriate next working day delivery service at checkout where available.

Orders received after the cut-off, on weekends or UK bank holidays will normally be processed on the next working day.

Please note: same-day dispatch is not the same as same-day delivery. Delivery time depends on the courier service selected.
