SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

At DTF Market, we understand that in the printing business, speed and reliability are everything. We are committed to getting your premium DTF transfers produced and delivered to you as quickly as possible so you can meet your customers' deadlines.


1. DISPATCH TIME (TURNAROUND)

⚡ SAME DAY DISPATCH

Orders placed before 2 PM (GMT), Monday to Friday, will be printed and dispatched on the same day.

  • Orders placed after 2 PM: Will be dispatched the next working day.
  • Weekend & Bank Holiday Orders: Will be processed and dispatched on the next working day.
  • Please note: Same day dispatch does not mean same day delivery.

2. UK DELIVERY OPTIONS

We use trusted carriers to ensure your transfers arrive safely. During checkout, you can choose from the available delivery options.

3. FREE SHIPPING

We offer FREE UK Standard Delivery on orders over £150.

Note: Free shipping applies to the subtotal after discounts are applied.

4. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We currently ship to select countries in Europe and worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times for international orders are calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination of your package.

Customs & Duties: For international orders, please note that the customer is responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply upon delivery.

5. ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your parcel. Please allow a few hours for the tracking information to update in the carrier's system.

6. LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays caused by the courier service, such as strikes, weather conditions, or operational issues. However, if your package is lost in transit, please contact us immediately.

If your package has not arrived within 5 working days of dispatch, please email us at info@dtfmarket.co.uk with your order number, and we will investigate with the carrier on your behalf.

7. DAMAGES ON ARRIVAL

Please inspect your package immediately upon delivery. If the packaging appears damaged, please take photos before opening it. If the transfers inside are damaged due to shipping, contact us within 48 hours at info@dtfmarket.co.uk so we can arrange a replacement.
