Refund Policy (Custom Products)
ALL SALES ARE FINAL Because all of our products are custom-made to your specific requirements and files, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once production has begun. We cannot resell custom DTF transfers; therefore, we cannot offer refunds for "change of mind" or incorrect files uploaded by the customer.
Damages and Issues (Defective Items Only) Please inspect your order immediately upon reception. We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item.
You may be eligible for a reprint or refund if:

The print quality is defective due to our equipment (e.g., banding, ink spots).

The product arrived damaged by the carrier.

You received a different size or quantity than what you ordered.
If you believe your item is defective, please contact us at info@dtfmarket.co.uk within 3 days of receiving your order with:

Your Order Number.

Clear photos of the defect or damage.

A description of the issue.
We will evaluate the issue and, if the error is ours, we will send a free replacement immediately or issue a refund.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items We cannot accept returns or issue refunds for:

Low-resolution files: We are not responsible for pixelated prints if the file uploaded was low quality (below 300 DPI).

Incorrect dimensions: Please double-check your sizing before ordering.

User Error: Issues caused by incorrect pressing temperature, pressure, or peeling method by the customer.
European Union 14-day Cooling-off Period Exception According to EU Consumer Rights Directive, the right of withdrawal (14-day cooling-off period) does not apply to goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised. Since our DTF transfers are custom-manufactured, they are exempt from this rule.
Refunds (If Approved) If your return is approved due to damage or a manufacturing error, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
